Erik Ledezma brings both professional expertise and real-life perspective to every client he works with. Born in Denver and raised in Chihuahua, Mexico, his journey has shaped a strong work ethic, resilience, and a deep commitment to helping others create opportunity through real estate.

With dual degrees in business finance and real estate from the University of Colorado Boulder, Erik combines strong market knowledge with hands-on experience. Over the past nine years, he has guided more than 200 families through the buying and selling process, generating over $85 million in total sales volume across residential, luxury, and investment properties.

Beyond working with clients, Erik has built and led a real estate team, mentoring over 20 agents and helping them grow into top producers. He is also the founder of Equity Nest Properties, where he invests in and renovates homes to create high-quality opportunities for buyers
